Online Measurement Test Technology

EOL Test Bench

EOL test bench is used for commercial vehicle transmission offline load test, integrated with NVH test system to simulate commercial vehicle transmission working condition at certain load, with different speed and different gear, so that commercial vehicle transmission performance can be tested, which can enhance customer product qualification rate and working performance.

Lithium Battery Protective Film Auto Separation Technology

Through development of vacuum transfer technology, vision position identification technology, laser displacement test technology, laser color error-proofing technology, independent development of mechanical film auto separation mechanism, servo linkage drive to complete auto separation of thermal conductive cotton protective film.

Lithium Battery Adhesive Auto Coating Technology

Through development of vision locating technology, laser displacement test technology, image processing analysis technology, robot and adhesive supply system coordinating control technology, and independent developed adhesive probe, vision system, distancing system on the robot to develop, design and manufacture of adhesive application systems, and realize new energy lithium battery structural adhesive and thermal conductive adhesive auto coating and testing.

Lithium Battery Module Stack Technology

Through development of vision locating technology, servo press technology, pressure displacement analysis and control technology, anti-rotating tightening technology, multi robot coordinating control technology, super long screw auto mounting technology, label auto pasting technology, multi-function module coordination, through integration of these basic technology, complete battery module stack development, design and manufacturing, to achieve auto stacking of new energy lithium battery module.

Hydrogen Fuel Cell Auto Stack Technology

The technology integrated robot technology, CCD vision technology, special suction technology, logic auto counting technology, quality data tracking technology etc., through non-linear data counting module auto compensation technology to ensure hundreds of stacks critical parts - membrane electrode (MEA) and bipolar plate auto high precision stacking. The technology can enhance production efficiency by more than 60%, lower down stacking error rate by more than 20%, and reduce production manpower requirement by more than 50%.

Hydrogen Fuel Cell Auto Air Leakage Test Technology

The technology integrates testing pipeline linkage and auto switching technology, air pressure control technology, special processing material vacuuming technology and secondary development of air test pressure and flow measurement technology, non-leakage quick docking technology, auto air leakage test of fuel cell single cavity, three cavities and complete unit, to achieve fast, stable and reliable air leakage test of fuel cell stack and complete unit, to guarantee effective monitor of fuel cell critical performance quality parameter.

Drive Motor U-PIN Forming Technology

The technology applies for any U-PIN production with same wire diameter, make use of payoff technology, straightening technology, coating removal technology, multi servo linkage technology, module high precision forming technology and speed following technology to realize product intelligence, linkage, efficient production, and motor hairpin multiple variant U-PIN production, to meet customer high production capability and quality stability characteristic requirement.

Drive Motor Twisting Technology

It combines with auto loading, pin combing, electronic cam synchronizing, multi-layer simultaneous twisting, to realize control technology layer by layer, achieving product intelligence, efficient twisting process with high reliability, to guarantee hairpin motor production quality in this process as well as follow-up process.

Drive Motor Coating & Insulation Technology

Combined with intelligent loading, high precision temperature control, flexible paint level treatment, paint amount precision check, flexible gripper and comprehensive auto, information control technology, to accurately guarantee product coating quality, quantity control and film quality, to adapt new energy motor high insulation performance standard.

Intelligent Gripping & Transfer Technology

The robot combines with vision system to intelligently identify disordered material position, automatically locating and gripping with high efficiency and flexibility to benefit production line automation and intelligence.

Digital Simulation Technology

Through development of simulating virtual environment, it integrates with robot application technology and develop offline simulation program. Through robot simulation software, it realizes layout digitalization of design assembly unit, verification of process order, setup robot routing, check collision and accessibility, and test safety interlock.
