From July 7 to 10, the AMTS 2026 Shanghai International Automotive Manufacturing Technology & Materials Show opened at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Driven by the concept of “new-quality productive forces”, this year’s exhibition focused on full-chain collaboration across “R&D—testing—manufacturing”. Haosen (688529) made its debut at the event alongside its subsidiary, Shenzhen Haoling, showcasing the SF10 wheeled folding humanoid robot, which attracted widespread attention from clients. Haosen demonstrated its latest technological achievements and solutions centered on the practical application of industrial embodied intelligence in automotive manufacturing scenarios.
Li Jiong, Director of Haosen Intelligent R&D Center and General Manager of Shenzhen Haoling Robot, stated at the event that vehicle model iterations are accelerating—production lines often face model changes as soon as they are completed—a pressure commonly faced by system integrators. At the same time, a significant portion of operations in the final assembly phase still relies on manual labor, while labor costs are rising and highly skilled workers are becoming increasingly difficult to recruit. Haosen’s approach is to abandon the mindset of “building a single universal robot to sell everywhere” and instead define products by working backward from specific application scenarios.

Director Li put forward the view that “the application scenario determines the process, the robot body, the software, and the data and models.” For example, screwdriving requires force control precision, adhesive application requires trajectory precision, and material handling requires load stiffness—different scenarios place entirely different demands on robots. Haosen adheres to a “robot body + software + data + models + process” five-in-one technical approach. The robot body is developed according to the production standards of leading automakers and designed to automotive-grade industrial standards, the control system is in-house developed, and key components are independently controlled. Data is derived from the practical experience of highly skilled workers, not from laboratory simulations.
Over the past year, Haosen has successfully validated its solutions in multiple real-world scenarios. In the already-delivered SAIC-GM new energy battery loading and unloading project—which involved a wide variety of battery cells where excessive grip force would crack the casing while insufficient force would cause them to drop—Haosen resolved these challenges through smooth control and dual-arm coordination. In the delivered fender handling project, parts featured low rigidity and high transparency, making visual positioning difficult. Haosen successfully met the customer’s requirements for both production line precision and cycle time. In the delivered random sorting project for piston pins, precise grasping was achieved through a combination of vision and motion control models despite the chaotic arrangement of incoming parts. These scenarios represent real-world challenges on production lines.

The "AMTS AHTEA + Awards: New-quality Productive Forces Leadership Award" was held concurrently with this exhibition. This award is one of the most influential professional accolades in China’s automotive manufacturing engineering sector, aimed at recognizing benchmark enterprises that drive industrial upgrading through “new-quality productive forces”.
