Recently, Haoling Robotics, the robot subsidiary of Haosen Intelligent, made another breakthrough in the field of embodied intelligence by successfully securing an order for a Humanoid Robot Wing Panel Handling Project. This project will be installed in the MRAII welding and assembly workshop of Beijing Benz Factory. The bagging of this project demonstrates the customer's recognition of Haosen's technical capabilities, as well as Haosen's determination and ability to continuously promote the application of embodied intelligent technology in industrial scenarios, especially in the field of automotive intelligent manufacturing production lines.



As introduced, this project focuses on the handling station with the application of a humanoid robot, and its core technology relies on high-precision motion control and intelligent sensing technology. After project handover, Haosen robots will achieve precisely controlled circulation of materials with multiple specifications, which will significantly improve the flexibility of the production line.

In this application, the humanoid robot is used for product handling, achieving the pioneering application of the articulated robot in the assembly workshop of the automotive industry during the mass-production process. During the project implementation process, the team members encountered challenges such as tight delivery timelines, strict technical standard requirements, and complex production line scenarios; not only did they need to have an excellent understanding of the operation and control interaction capabilities of embodied intelligent devices such as humanoid robots, but they also needed profound experience in automotive large-scale production models and the overall system engineering of the production line. Haosen combined the industrial scene data and overall line planning experience accumulated by the group over the years with the professional capabilities of Haoling Robotics in the field of embodied intelligent equipment. Not only did it meet the various needs of the workstation through the application of multiple technological innovations, but it also achieved the goal of integrating embodied equipment seamlessly into the existing production system.



In order to address the practical operational challenges such as precision, control, and safety required for general humanoid robots to complete specific tasks, and to bridge the final mile to the large-scale operation in factory production scenarios, Haosen carried out multiple developments and renovations on humanoid robots. For instance, Haosen developed a visual system and algorithms for humanoid robots, equipped a 3D camera at the end of the robotic arm and installed point cloud algorithms, providing precise positioning for the humanoid robots, thereby significantly enhancing their visual perception capabilities. The end effector of the humanoid robot was modified and appropriate tools were provided for it. Electric suction cups were successfully applied on the body of the humanoid robot, and breakthroughs in functions such as online monitoring were achieved.
