Production Info

The HS Digital Twin Platform integrates 3D visualization and discrete event simulation technologies to construct a factory-level virtual replica, enabling unified modeling of all elements including equipment, personnel, processes, and material flow. It delivers real-time production line monitoring, bottleneck diagnosis, and performance forecasting. It can be deeply integrated with NextPLM and, through NextPLM, achieve integration with MES/ERP systems, providing end-to-end digital support for virtual commissioning, process optimization, and operational intelligence.
